        Job Description
          Main objective is Optimum Utilization of available Manpower & Resources.

 Proper Scheduling of Manpower in a transparent Manner. Manpower
planning in such a way so that the maximum output can be achieved from
available resources.

      Ensuring Maximum AL, Minimum Idle %age and Calls forecasting in accurate manner.

      Single Source of Data for all other Department. 

      We ensure that every CCE gets the accurate salary & PMI (Performance Monthly Incentive). 

      We ensure that calls are recorded for every single agent i.e. we get the ids configured in proper queues in Verint.

 Publishing Weekly Rosters for different circles with service
level, shrinkage %, Answering level, call flow, idle % and AHT targets.

      Key target to achieve the SERVICE LEVEL Targets with the available manpower.

      Forecasting calls on previous weeks call pattern
