 Knowledge in SEI CMM L5 / CMMI framework 

 Exposure to ISO 20000 and its implementation 

 Good communication skills (verbal & written) 

Additional Skills :

 Professional certifications like CSQA or PMI or QPMP 

 Certified auditor
