Experience
3 - 4 years experience in Software Quality Assurance (should have handled Quality Leader role for at least 2 years)

Primary Skills :
Excellent auditing skills
Proficient in Quantitative analysis methods using MS-Excel or any other tool
Skilled in identifying and implementing Process improvement initiatives
Knowledge in SEI CMM L5 / CMMI framework
Exposure to ISO 20000 and its implementation
Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Additional Skills :
Professional certifications like CSQA or PMI or QPMP
Certified auditor
