Job Description

  		Provide resolution to technical, operational and procedural problems.

Provide accurate and comprehensive documentation for descriptions and
resolutions through the use of troubleshooting and tracking tools..

Identify potential solutions that will reduce the likelihood of problems recurring in the future.

Contribute to a positive working environment.

Follow established procedures for problem resolution including call referral, issue escalation.

Learn new skills and demonstrate high levels of proficiency with new technologies, tools and procedures as required.

Work cooperatively with other team members, including those in other regional offices, to resolve problems.

Recommend procedural changes that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Help Desk.

Responsible for the Site Readiness process, which includes but not
limited to; site appraisals, TCA certification process, manage the
proper tracking process, qualifying a site (round trips), site
readiness on day of administration. 

  	 	Desired Candidate Profile

		Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with personal computers (A+ Level)

Proficiency with DOS, Windows 98, 2K, XP, NT, Novell.

Exceptional customer skills.

Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and patient manner.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Second language a plus (Dutch not considered as a second language)

Excellent listening skills

Good typing skills

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.

Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish common goals.

Good conflict resolution skills

Must be willing to work on a rotational basis, with the understanding that some off-hours support may be required.
