Strong Knowledge of Software Testing concepts & Practices,
including white box & black box testing, code coverage techniques,
performance & scalability testing, regression testing,
vulnerability, analysis, software and quality metrics, and other
techniques. 
 Experience with SDLC Models. 
 Knowledge of database products and technologies 
 Experience with Automated Testing and Test Management Tools. 
 Ability to Manage large QA teams working on multiple projects. 
 Excellent communication skills. 
 Work with teams locations in multiple locations. 

  Desired Skills: Test Director/ Quality Center, QTP, MS Office, MS Project and Visio.
