Job Description
- QA Leadership Experience for Large-Scale, Complex Projects -8+ Years of IT QA Experience
- Leading a team of QA resources managing multiple projects
- Should have handled 30+ QA (directly or indirectly)resources in his/her current/previous assignment.

Strong Knowledge of Software Testing concepts & Practices,
including white box & black box testing, code coverage techniques,
performance & scalability testing, regression testing,
vulnerability, analysis, software and quality metrics, and other
techniques.
- Experience with SDLC Models.
- Knowledge of database products and technologies
- Experience with Automated Testing and Test Management Tools.
- Ability to Manage large QA teams working on multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work with teams locations in multiple locations.
- Desired Skills: Test Director/ Quality Center, QTP, MS Office, MS Project and Visio.
