Provide support to the sales and account management organization
through detailed technical problem solving, reporting, and analysis.
Ability to coordinate and manage small to medium size projects
associated with client requests and/or issue resolution. Education and Skills Required:  Required             Strong analytical skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong research and troubleshooting skills
 Ability to understand customer needs and expectations
 Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and delegate work assignments
 Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects within deadlines
 Proficient in Microsoft suite of analytical tools
 Possess strong technical aptitude
 Strong business process knowledge
 Good understanding of system capabilities
 Must be extremely organized
   Desired    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
 3  5 years of utility billing operation background
 Knowledge of technologies (MS SQL Server, Relational Database concepts)
 Knowledge of technologies for tools (T-SQL, VB/VB Script, C#, HTML, Perl)
  Duties and Responsibilities:   Facilitate client technical issue assessment, analysis, and resolution

Project management and coordination of client projects development and
refinement of analytical client facing reports and queries
 Liaison between Sales / Account Management and Supporting departments for technical issues / analysis
 Provide detailed analytics/ recommendations to account management staff that drives increased revenue for NWP customers
