Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client technical issue assessment, analysis, and resolution
• Project management and coordination of client projects development and refinement of analytical client facing reports and queries
• Liaison between Sales / Account Management and Supporting departments for technical issues / analysis
• Provide detailed analytics/ recommendations to account management staff that drives increased revenue for NWP customers
