(Popup Windows--When we click on a button a new screen open in a new browser to do some functionality) I found that If IE 4.0 is used the popup window does not appear, also in setting of browser popup blocker is on then the popup window does not appear. I want to know other scenario in which this bug will occur. Need ur guidance
