Ownership of all types testing on multiple Projects

Lead a team of testers

Lead multiple Projects

Coach and Mentor the testers to strengthen the testing competency

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be able to work with multiple stakeholders & plan the work across various streams & keep all informed about the progress, issues, risks & be able to manage them proactively

Should be able to prepare test strategy, test plans & be able to drive the testing execution end to end

Should be able to anticipate issues, think proactively, and be able to manage the testing services delivery smoothly

Should be able to work with SMEs, understand the business needs & be able to take key decisions for the business including QA signoff

Testing related certifications – additional preference

Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation

Should have good exposure with Airline, CRS, and Travel Industry.

6+ years of demonstrated Testing experience, (3+ years of managerial/lead experience) Exposure to all aspects of testing – Functional, Regression, Automated & Performance

Travel domain experience will be an added advantage
