Job Description:

•Good knowledge of testing process, test tools, creation and understanding of testing artifacts like test plan, test case etc.
•Good knowledge of test life cycle and defect life cycle
•Good Analytical skills to comprehend business requirements and convert them to test cases, independently.
•Good working knowledge on Quality Center.
•Execute test scripts and record results using Defect Management Tool
•Ability to follow a test script precisely.
•Fair knowledge of database with good command over data query language (SQL).
•Reports to the Test Coordinator.
•Methodical, thorough, and detail oriented approach to testing.
•Familiarity with business process and ability to quickly understand new procedures.
•Clear and complete written communication (like documenting issues).
•Experience with system design or implementation an asset.
•Experience in Telecom Domain and Telecom Provisioning Systems are preferred.
•Candidates with experience on Sigma Testing Platform are preferred.
•Should have excellent communication skills & prior knowledge of handling overseas clients.
•Should be a team player and be able to handle team and work, independently.
•Knowledge/Exposure of Test Management tool
•Solid problem solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve business goals.
•Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all departments and levels within the organization.
