Desired Profile: 7-10 years of total experience in testing Project Management - Testing Provide leadership, direction, expertise, and hands-on assistance to a team of highly technical QA Engineers. Take the lead role in creation of test plans and test cases and influence decision on testing approach and test automation strategies. Own the creation and maintenance of the QE testing schedule. Manage team to stay on schedule. Oversee execution of tests, ensure bug reports are submitted and bug fixes have been verified. Gather quality metrics and report out on a pre-defined basis. Work with a variety of groups across multiple disciplines to continuously improve the effectiveness of the QE organization. People Management Responsible for administrating policies for employee development, performance planning and review, counseling, evaluation, and hiring. Conduct employee 1-on-1 sessions; Creation of development plans for each employee; Creation and delivery of performance evaluations; Management of attrition Escalation/Customer Management * Monthly Operational Review with stakeholders * Work allocation and scheduling * Review, audit, and monitoring of conformance to standards and processes * Accountable and responsible for operational metrics definition and reporting * Accountable for the development and implementation of efficiency and quality improvement initiatives * Weekly status reports * Provide a technical and management focal point for systemic process issues
