| Job Description |
To carry, organize and monitor test
for all the transformers as per schedule of customers and achieve First
Pass yield.
To upgrade and maintain the test lab as per latest technology
requirement of the company
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
TEST SCHEDULES
To conduct and perform various routine, type, and special tests as per
as per customer contract specifications.
To prepare and monitor test schedules as per order plan.
NEW PRODUCT TEST
Plan & implement tests of new products and Validation of results.
ANALYSIS
Analysis of Job failure data and provide corrective measures .
To maintain database of test failures for futures improvements.

· B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in
Electrical Engineering
· 02 - 07 years of experience in
Testing
function in a transformer manufacturing company.
· Excellent Team Player.
· Good interpersonal skills.
