• Provide professional IT/Non IT candidates to fortune 500 clients

• Conduct Full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.

• Search for good candidates extensively on International job portals like Monster, job circle, Hot Jobs, dice.

• Conduct phone interviews, technical skills testing, along with reference, background checks.

• Negotiate contract rates and salaries with all candidates.

• Negotiate compensation packages.

• Assess relevant experience as well as education, skills and personal qualifications.

• Determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits and other benefits.

• Responsible for recruiting IT professionals for both contract and permanent positions in a fast paced agency environment.

• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruitment activities.

• Created a recruiting strategy for the organization to retain and attract employees and assisted with the creation and design of recruiting materials.

• Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates.

• Use deep sourcing techniques to find highly qualified candidates.

• Manipulate various online resources with very complex Boolean searches to uncover talent.

Tele Marketing Executives (Job Description) (ONLY NIGHT SHIFT)

Candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to US based clients. (200 – 300 CALLS DAILY) to market our indigenously developed software and graphics design services.

Conducting Tele-marketing campaigns across a wide spectrum of industries across United States to market our software and graphics design services

• Receive inbound enquiries and providing appropriate response as a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive point of contact for our customers.

Job Requires NIGHT SHIFT TIMINGS ONLY.
 

One must be absolutely ready to work in NIGHT SHIFTS.

• Good Understanding of I.T Recruitment Process. (For Technical Recruiters)

• Good Understanding of Different Technolgies (ERP, Mainframes, Microsoft Technologies, Web Technologies, Client Server, etc.) (For Technical Recruiters)

• Strong interpersonal skills. (For Technical Recruiters/Tele-marketing)

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problems. (For Technical Recruiters/Tele-marketing)

• Ability to work under pressure and additional hours whenever required. (For Technical Recruiters/Tele-marketing)

• Good presentation & computer skills (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Internet) (For Technical Recruiters/Tele-marketing)

• Experience in Tele-marketing campaigns in US/UK preferred (Web marketing skills like blogging, forums, articles writing will be an advantage ) (For Tele-marketing)

• Computer and internet savvy

• Able to conduct independent research and give appropriate feedback to seniors as and when required

• Willingness to work Night shifts as per the US NJ timings (9:00am to 5:00 pm) or IST (7.00 pm to 5.00 am) is a prerequisite for all candidates.
