Job details overview :
· 2 to 3 years of experience of manual
testing in DW/ETL
area, Database Knowledge (basic db concepts and SQL)
· Must be able to write complex SQL queries
· Working knowledge of Unix & Shell scripting
· Experience in working with Oracle 10g and / or SQL Server 2005
· Very good problem solving and analytical skills and experience
of test automation
· PL/SQL and / or T-SQL knowledge - must be able to learn these
on the project, Additional experience in using Cognos
Role Details
· Individual will contribute to the role that involves BI/DW
testing
· The candidate must be able to understand the structure and
meaning of the BI/DW infrastructure and design/develop/execute tests
· Will be involved in writing SQL queries
· Needs to provide defect reports and perform defect analysis
