Job Description:

• Analyzing business processes across Wireless, Wireline, Media, Corporate and Carriers businesses of Telecom service providers and transforming discrete processes into convergent processes leading to process improvement

• Creation of process blueprints and design documents through focus-group workshops and hand-hold clients through these workshops and through the new application from business process point of view

• Managing business process expectations and requirements across all SBUs of Telecom service providers

• Assessing and testing the applications with regards to the business processes captured during the process workshops

• Process and application training to end-users ensuring smooth implementation
