I need to learn software testing as i want to start working,i have a technical background and iam familiar to C,C++,Java,SQL,DBMS etc,what i need to read to get a job in Software Testing?and where can ii practice the Lab part?

I dont want to work hard by coding or developing the code by working as a programmer or developer, i need the light headed job that is why i have chosen the Testing part as  have a baby doesnt want to stuff my head with heavy load of work.

I would say, there are plenty of institutions which gives training on software testing try to join any one of them and already u have knowledge on programming language hope its not difficult for you to understand and write programs and test cases.
