 Skills:

• 5-8 years of software testing experience, including experience testing complex technical software from non-GUI APIs.

• 2-3 years of experience programming in Java.

• 2+ years of experience using JUnit.

• Strong experience writing test documentation.

• Experience using software test automation and/or management tools.

• Experience using defect/issue-tracking tools.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Exhibits passion for staying current on technologies and best practices as related to testing.

• Strong technical aptitude.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational, analysis, and problem solving skills.
