Is installation testing a part of functional testing or non-functional testing? |

Its functionality . if the software requires it then a functionality or it wud be non-functionality |

During Installation Testing, we wont check for the functionality. It comes under Non-functional testing.

Performance testing is also requirements driven, and I consider it part and parcel with Functional Test.
