Similar to any other engineering products, software products too are oriented towards the customer. It is either market driven or it drives the market.

Customer Satisfaction was the buzzword of the 80's.

Customer Delight is today's buzzword and

Customer Ecstasy is the buzzword of the new millennium.

Thus Software companies with winning vision shall orient all their development & testing efforts towards the new buzzword Customer Ecstasy
