- Experience with change management, bug tracking and test automation software products.
- Ability to quickly learn application functionality and business workflow
- Should have good understanding in developing system test plan with data driven test cases.
- Ability to coordinate testing efforts of team members across multiple applications and skilled in scheduling and tracking work
- Good Communication Skills
- Good team management skills
- Test automation experience for regression and functional testing is a plus
- Should possess at least basic SQL knowledge
