Job Description
Create Test Cases and Test Plans for both elearning and software products
Generate bug reports
Track bug reports to closure
Collaborate with QA Lead, Project manager and other Functional managers to draw up Detailed Quality Plan for each project
Adherence to QC processes
Verify the accuracy and completeness of product release
Be the final stop for ensuring defect-free products delivered to internal as well as end customers
Create testing documentation & test plans
