'Mandatory - Leading Automation Framework experience in at least 02 recent projects.
'Mandatory V Experience working in VB Scripting and QTP.
'Experience of Automation, Requirements Analysis and Review and assignments and Test Planning.
'Mandatory - Hands-on experience of Test Director, Rational Clear quest, Rational Clear case, Bugzilla, Toad, Win Runner, QTP, Quality Center.
'Leading Development of Automation Framework Automation of test Cases using QTP Writing of Test Plans and Test Cases Reporting and tracking bugs.
'Training the Automation team. Interviewing candidates for the team
