Brief Overview of our Service Line
Change, Leadership and Learning team in India helps develop training material and documentation for Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Siebel). Deloitte being one of Big Four in the SAP arena, major focus is on SAP. We primarily create material for both these form of training delivery, Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Web Based Training (WBT).

Desired Profile
Qualifications Required
- Excellent writing skills. Experience in authoring content from scratch in collaboration with subject-matter experts. Ability to write concisely for the Web.
- A thorough understanding of the Web as an instructional medium.
- Experience in designing and creating self-paced, interactive instructional content; e-learning experience will be a plus.
- Ability to assess content design approaches and make effective content design decisions in given course parameters. Experience in creating instructional plans/course maps.
- Strong client consulting/interfacing skills with ability to guide subject matter experts/clients to focus on specific objectives and teaching points.
- Strong meeting facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-building skills. Experience in working with people of different business perspectives on a project. Ability to coordinate work among team members in different countries/time zones.
- Basic knowledge of any of the following Enterprise Application:
SAP People Soft Oracle eApps

Preferred
MA in instructional design/technology, learning sciences, or adult education
Project Management.

Position Summary
As a member of the Change, Leadership and Learning team, you will work closely with Deloitte teams in the U.S. including Subject Matter experts and Project Managers to design and create training materials. This will also include creating Business Process Flows, Job aids, Performance Support Tools, Work Instructions, Participants and Instructor Guides, recording different types of Simulations using varied tools like InfoPak, Oracle Tutor and OnDemand.

Responsibilities
- Consulting with subject matter experts to design e-learning and other instructional solutions.
- Instructionally sound content development
- Developing Business Process Documents and Business Process Procedure Documents
- Recording simulations using simulation tools
- Clear hand-off of content to the Vendor
