'XUnderstanding of the Business processes and hands on technical skills, knowledge and experience of the core technologies used in Risk domain.
'XCreation of a Regression Test Bed to be used by existing and new systems within risk domain
'XTest plan development (in line with Test strategy/Program level Test plan), Low level test planning and carry out testing as required.
'XTo ensure that team understands the requirement/application and test cases/scripts/conditions are written and reviewed using a tool (preferably Test Director).
'XResponsible for the structuring, planning, running, monitoring and reporting of tasks/assignments for the assigned group/team.
'XEnsure regular communication with business users, business analysts, developers, project managers to define and document comprehensive Regression Test cases for all Functional and Non-Functional requirements across systems
'X6-8 years of experience in a Software organisation (Testing and/or development - Web technologies, Client/ Server applications) with atleast 4+ years in Testing.
'X2+ years of experience of leading a testing team (Test planning, coordination, task allocation/ review, reporting, communication with business / project teams).
'XMust have strong experience in Regression testing (manual as well as automated tool) throughout the testing life cycle. QTP experience preferred
'XExpertise in test prioritisation and ability to perform the core testing in given timelines
'XHands on with Test Planning & Analysis, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test Design, Test Scheduling, Test Execution and defect tracking/resolution and metrics (Test Director experience preferred)

Desired Profile
