Job Description :

The incumbent should
Have thorough knowledge of CMM, CMMI, ISO 9001:2000, & ISO27001 models. Knowledge of Six Sigma and statistical techniques will be preferred.
Have experience in defining, implementing and improving Quality Processes based on these models as required by these models in a software organization.
Have proven capability to conduct thorough Internal Audits
Be able to provide support and guidance to Projects and departments.
Have ability to support projects for processes related to planning, scheduling, estimation, tracking, defect prevention etc.
Have ability to facilitate and conduct Process Training.

Desired Profile Candidate should
Have ability to map organizational activities to QMS, Familiarity with project management and tracking tools & Techniques,
Have ability to analyze the process data from projects and departmental activities using statistical techniques and generate metric reports.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior as well as junior staff to provide guidance and motivation to follow processes.
Have excellent documentation and written communication skills
Have ability to generate meaningful and in-depth reports for senior management.
Be self-driven and be able to act as a champion of process driven culture in the organization.
