Asst Test Manager

Education : MCA / MSC / BE / BTECH / OTHERS
Location : Hyderbad

Manage medium sized teams on test execution projects with
-a focus on adding customer value by suggesting improved solutions based on the current plan,
make proper resourcing decisions to achieve optimum results,
-able to identify risks and suggest mitigation/handling plans,
-communicate with the customer and internal management appropriately with status on project progress, risks, delivery issues,
-manage people and customer expectations and provide appropriate inputs to the management on project delivery status, team dynamics and necessary changes,
-guide project leads on understanding project issues, customer expectations, help in allocation of work/responsibilities, tracking, estimation, collecting data,
-Analyze project data to provide lead indicators on project progress,
-Analyze test results and report appropriately

Ideal candidates have 7+ (to 9) years of experience with exposure to product testing, test planning, test case design, test environment setup, deployments and elements of test strategy, customer communication, project management,

Knowledge of automation process, exposure to automation using tools, scripts and/or custom frameworks is a must.

Automation using C++,Automation using JAVA,Test result and defect analysis,Test effort Estimation,Communication Skills,Project Management,Database Server Fundamentals - SQL,Test planning with white box orientation,Test factor identification,Python,Linux

Candidates should have proven experience in customer communication and management, status reporting, project tracking, reviews

Experience in development earlier in the career is an advantage. .

Candidates have good communication skills, solution orientation, and analytical thinking
