Job Description

In the role of an SOA Integration Solution Test Engineer/Lead you would be focusing mainly on taking up responsibility of projects which requires understanding of available SOA framework as well as related Web Service specifications. You will also be directly interacting with the client during the lifecycle of the project and will focus on translating a business need into a robust and integrated technology solution.

Key area of work would be:

1.Requirements Gathering (Work with the customer and end users to define application and technical requirements, Understand the current technical architectures including constraints related to platforms, standards and skill sets, Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, integration, security, performance, quality, and operations. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, execution, and operations environments. Make all final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Participate as a reviewer for all requirement documents, own the technical requirements).

2.Review & Validation (Perform architectural assessments to ensure appropriate standards adoption and compliance with enterprise architectural standards in the areas of technology selection, middleware, protocols and design patterns, Collaborate continuously with the development and deployment teams to transition the knowledge and review the deliverables throughout the SDLC).

Skills Required
1. Should have one end-to-end integration project experience
2. Should have a breadth of knowledge on implementing integration solutions across platforms
3. Should have good understanding of SOA/BPM concepts and relevance in integration
4. Should have a clear understanding of J2EE or .NET concepts
5. Should have good grasp of estimation and project implementation methodologies
6. Should have good understanding of Testing Concepts and Methodologies (automation testing)

Should be able to handle focused solution domains, when necessary
