Hands on QA lead who will be responsible for Planning, Designing, and Deploying effective Test Suites and regimes for in-house software application development, information system launches, and operational systems enhancements.

Specific duties include designing/implementing QA test plans and infrastructure, developing QA processes, and creating/maintaining all QA documentation.

You will also be expected to perform a variety of testing to include functional, structural, regression, load and system testing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Supervisory / Management Experience - 5 - 7 years experience leading software testing organization.

Exposure to Client/Server Applications, Web Applications and Environments - preferred

QA Testing both Manual and Automation

In-depth knowledge of Software Testing techniques, best practices, and Industry trends in Software Testing

Experience in Structured Software Testing on a variety of platforms
Automated Testing

Excellent communication and has worked in Onsite-Offshore model (BIG Plus)
