Setup testing strategies across the team
Oversee all testing related activities with Internal Managers and Business Users
Manage SIT & UAT
Evaluate Business Partners and Service providers for testing activities
Review Project Status and report to Head Application Management
Resolve issues pertaining to projects and project teams
Project Management - On Time completion of all deliverables
Process Management 100% Adherence to the processes laid down by Business IT in line with the organizational approach to Business Process Management
Finance Management 100% adherence to budgets approved during the commencement of the project
Two cost saving initiative for a financial year

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. MBA/ PGDBA/ MMS
8 to 12 Years experience with atleast 6 years in the Insurance Sector and atleast 4 years in Information Technology, Testing & Business Analysis
Experience in using testing tools will be an advantage
