Job Description

Education: PG with strong academic background preferred, or Engineer/ MCA/ BSC Statistics with excellent academics, CMMi exposure required

Experience: 6-10 years, with at least 3 years in managerial position in elearning industry

Skill Set and experience:

-Strong Quality and Process Focus
-Very strong excel and number skills
-Complete understanding of SDLC, different development models, metric calculations, statistics and quantitative statistical control measures
-Experience of leading a team of 6-10 quality control and 2-4 quality assurance associates
-Exposure of leading both process and product quality
-Good communication and people skills required
