Good understanding of software testing concepts & Exp in team mgmt.
Min 1.5 years exp in test automation scripting preferably on web based applications using WinRunner, Good understanding of Web based applications architecture, testing & database.

Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent written & verbal comm skills. Should be able to lead and manage a team. Should work with the Automation Architect to define and enhance automation framework and strategy & be able to lead automation projects from requirement to Completion.
