Good knowledge and experience of scanning, evaluation and deployment of the following Engineering tools - Code Analysis - Static + Dynamic tools, Rational Tools, Test Tools, Configuration Management Tools, MS Project, Customer
Sat tools, Dashboards,
should know SQL, VB, ASP, HTML
Working knowledge of Software Engineering and Project Management processes
Communication, Interpersonal, Consulting, Facilitation, Leveraging skills
JAVA, C, C++, .Net
SEI CMM, Software Metrics
Exposure to ERP - like SAP, Oracle
Exposure to System / Tools Integration to achieve maximum productivity gains
