Job Description

Responsibilities of a Software Test Engineer at Click & Buy include but not limited to:

* Strong knowledge in SDLC Process     

* Should have proven track record in Regression, Integration, Functional and Stress Testing

* Ability to coordinate between US, Germany and Indian teams

* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to all levels of management

* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills required.

* Resourceful, energetic and self confident when dealing with others.

* Comfortable operating in both German and India based cultures.

* Understand the uniqueness of each environment.           

* Experience on Emprix Test Suit, QM- Tools (Junit, Clover, FitNesse, GUI-Tests)

* Should have knowledge in Java/J2EE, Perl with LWP, DBI, SQL, HTML

* To be able to do both Manual and Automatic Testing     

Desired Profile:

* Engineering Graduate/Masters in computer science/MCA with 2-4 years of total IT experience with Emprix Test Suit, QM- Tools (Junit, Clover, FitNesse, GUI-Tests) as the key skills.

·         Extensive exposure to quality processes

·         Proficient in analyzing system & functional specifications, use cases, business requirements, business rules to prepare test schedules

·         Strong skills in implementing the testing process life cycle, test requirements, design test cases, test data, test plans and execute test runs

·         Proficient in documenting the testing procedures and writing in-depth test cases to meet the testing cycle, as well as in the analysis of application's higher-risk aspects, and determining scope and limitations of tests

·         Good exposure of QTP, WinRunner, LoadRunner and TestDirector/Quality Center
