Job Description

Heading & Managing big testing team. Should be able to assign testing resource to projects identifying the member skill and evaluate performance. Act as escalation point for all testing issues. Build testing competency keeping in view the company’s projects and future growth.

Candidate Profile

BE / B. Tech / MCA with 12-15 Years of experience including 5+ years in similar capacity. Experience in managing the big testing teams. Experience in setting up Offshore testing Centre. Experience in writing Test Strategies/Methodologies, Test plans, Test Coverage matrix, Test cases, Test scripts. Identify best practices in software testing for better efficiency and productivity. Experience in Automated software testing / Management tools like WinRunner, Segue-Silk, LoadRunner, QTP, Test Director, Rational suite. PoC done for various automated tools.
