systems and is now poised to be the best choice amongst a number of
globally prominent system development organizations.
Role & job Description :
Setting up of Validation & Certification process for product / Building Block, Development for mobile products
Finalization
of testing / certification strategies / methodologies along with
testing tool sets required for efficient testing process.
Responsibility for ensuring satisfactory delivery of systems / Building Block, to the end customer
Close collaboration with Development team during entire Product Development life cycle.
Required experience and skills :
System Integration of Telecom (Core Network & radio) products
Validation testing & Certification of Mobile radio networks
Validation Testing & Certification of Mobile Core Network
Hands-on experience of formal tools & methodology of software and the product testing
Certification of Telecom equipments from Authorized Certification Labs/Authorities
This
is a senior profile, heading different Technology Expert Group (TEG)
and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Excellent team
management & multi lateral coordination skills, with in-depth
knowledge in any of the following functional domains will be of major
consideration.
Desired Profile :
8-15 years (total) of relevant experience in telecom and related development.
4-8 years of core design / validation experience in the telecom product (device, card & system level).
3-5 years of experience in leading and managing development teams.
Proven leadership skill especially in inspiring teams to excel.
Proven project management skill with a consistent track record of meeting project goals.
B.E Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science from reputed institution with excellent academic record.
