MM Level 5 Client of Elixir Web Solutions is currently looking for TESTING professionals for a VICE PRESIDENT / VISIONARY / LEADERSHIP role.

His Role and Responibilities include:
** Contributed in building and managing a testing organizaiton including institutionalizing people, process and technology functions
**Provided delivery and test management, risk assessment and mitigation solutions for various independent testing projects.
** Contributed effectively towards building competencies specific to testing services.
** Contributed in help defining project staffing structure and pyramid.

Desired Candidate Profile

Urgently looking for Testing professionals for a Leadership / Visionary role for Delhi/NCR location.
He should have :
** Broad understanding of Testing
** Excellent Leadership/Visionary skills.
** Prior experience in Handling Large Teams.
** Prior experience in Program Management / Delivery Management.
