5+ years experience in testing of business software applications Atleast 2 years experience in leading a team of Test Engineers. Experience in QTP is a must. Exposure to product engineering highly desirable. Experience reviewing business requirements and creating prioritized test plans based on business needs Participated in full life-cycle business system development with teams of developers, analysts, and testers Thorough understanding of configuration management, build and release process. Exposure to building complex Test Environments, Test Data and Build Automation Familiarity with atleast one of RUP, Agile, MSF, CMM or ISO processes. High level understanding of software architectures. Ability to understand difference between web, enterprise, desktop and service architectures.
