• To ensure compliance to the laid down procedures and ensure defect free s/w.
• Work closely with team members and manage all aspect of QA processes and testing of the products.
• Interact closely with engineering in order to expedite bug-fixing process.
• Report and track product defect and priority lists with engineering and program management.
• Detect any potential problems in early stage and resolve issues in timely manner.
• Assess and plan automation strategies, and write and maintain automation scripts.
• Be a good mentor to all members.
• Good QA knowledge and QA testing skill.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Experience: 4-9 Years
Min. Qualification: BE/ B Tech/ BCA/ BSc /MCA/ MBA/ MSC (IT)/ MIT.
