| Job Description |
Tracks market trends and competitor activities in 'Testing' and ensures
this data is utilised for the ongoing service development
Actively promotes Companies business process and IT outsourcing
services with clients and develops relationships that are transferable
into sales opportunities
Shapes overall solution(s) with key internal and external stakeholders
Defines scope and deliverables for assignment with 'client' (may be internal or external)
Delivers assignment in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures
Ensures effective client engagement and stakeholder management
during assignment in order to mitigate risk and manage expectations
Plans and leads independent reviews of other assignments where required
Identifies and manages risk in his/her business activities and
take responsibility for reporting risks in a timely, open and
appropriate manner |
| Desired Profile |
Education BE / BTech / MCA / M.Sc
Candidate should be having atleast 15+ yrs of IT experience with
experience in managing operations for a practice with no less than 100
people . Out of which must have spend 10 years in testing.
Should have hands on experience in Client Management, stake holder
management. Delivery management, Risk Management, people management.
Should have experience in bidding, presales.
Should have strong Delivery Skills, Client Handling Skills, and Management Skills.
Will have to handle Chennai and Pune Operations for testing services and manage number of delivery managers.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all level of people of the organization.
Exposure to Automated Testing.
Excellent people management skills.
Good understanding of testing methodologies and practices.
Salary range Max Rs 20Lakhs
Education :- Must have min 60% marks in B.E/ MCA/ M.Sc
Shift Timings:- Should be flexible to work in UK timings
Travelling :- Should be open to travel to Pune, Chennai, UK for assignments
Passport:- Should hold a valid passport
