Job Description

Managing the entire gamut of STLC, strategy ,designing,and implementing the test plans, managing the clients as well as the team, with good communication & leadership skills.





Ability to Understand and comprehend requirements and specifications and support the PM and QC lead on the Project with inputs to QC Planning involving defining of

- Test Scope

- Test Strategy

- Testing Workflow

2. Set up the Training/ Induction plan on Projects

3. Test Scripts Creation - for manual as well as automated testing.

- Understand Use Cases / Identify Scenarios

- Understand the Test Data

4. Independently handle the workflow, the co ordination activities to meet the quality as well as productivity deadlines

- Knowledge transfer to the team

- Regular capturing and monitoring of data with analysis and feedback to the PM team.

Background in E Learning is a plus.
