Experience : 12 Years
Qualifications : Masters Degree in Computer Science, or Bachelors in ECE, or Computer Science

12+ years of software quality assurance experience validating
production - level embedded and networking software products with at
least 6 years in a SQA leadership role.
- The qualified candidate will have strong knowledge of networking protocols and products, QA methodologies and processes.
-
Should have very good people management and project management skills
with good leadership qualities and motivational skills to lead and
build SQA team.
Domain Knowledge :
* Processor
architectures, Networking protocols, Software Architecture and design,
network applications, validation and testing of network
products/software, Network Processors (NP) and systems built using
NP's.
* Apart from networking products like switches/routers/MSAD, knowledge of NAS products is an added advantage.
Required Skills (one or more):
*
Project management, managing multiple projects, good network product
and technological knowledge, in-depth knowledge of network protocols
and network application development, knowledge of QA methodologies and
QA tools.
* Excellent communication skills oral and written.
* Should demonstrate skills in people management as well as in leading and growing SW QA team.
* Experience in managing a team of QA and Validation engineers in the Networking domain is a must for this position.
Desirable skills: Knowledge of various NP's in the market.
Managerial
skills: Ability to lead a team of engineers in executing the projects
and identifying customer insights and technological innovations and
integrate these to deliver customer needs.
Candidate Profile:

The candidate must be a seasoned technical professional with experience
in software development from the requirements gathering to release.
- Networking knowledge is a must, knowledge of NP would be an added advantage.
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, or Bachelors in ECE, or Computer Science with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- 6+ years experience in a SQA leadership role.
