Responsibilities:
Be at the forefront of Agile testing
Work on complex, enterprise-transforming business applications
Take responsibility for ensuring that applications fulfill the business requirements
Write, run and assist in automating test scripts
Be part of diverse, high energy teams focused on full life-cycle development
Use the latest tools and techniques
Continually learn, mentor and growTravel to work at client sites. This may include international travel
Skill Set:
At least 4 years of commercial experience in a hands-on testing role and are comfortable across
a whole range of functional testing including UAT, acceptance and system testing with tools like
Fit, Fitnesse, Silk Test, Win runner
Good Experience in C/ C++/ C#
Sound knowledge in problem solving & analytical skills
Non-functional testing experience would be an added advantage
Familiarity with defect management systems
Strong experience of writing manual test scripts
Exposure to object oriented analysis and design and testing on systems developed in Java J2EE,. NET and C++
Participated
in full life cycle development right from the requirements gathering
and analysis phaseof large long term projects (more than 10 people,
longer than 6 months)
Experience of working closely with developers, analysts and the client
A
knowledge of creating test frameworks and strategy, choosing automated
testing tools and creating testing standards is highly desirable
Experience
of testing on a programme using Agile methods would be desirable, but
certainly have opinions on Agile testing and its impact
