Skills: Excellent programming skills
Experience with system installation for either Solaris, Windows, Redhat, Suse, HP-UX or AIX.
Basic project planning skills
Strong written and verbal skills (English is a must)
Exposure to all areas of project development cycle desired
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Primary responsibilities and accountabilities.)
Development of automated installation applications in various languages.
Implement automated OS and software installations as per test/product
requirements for various platforms.
Independently designs and implements key part of a given project.
Communicates with peers and other development teams in a distributed
environment (US, UK) to coordinate deliverables and resolve issues.
Contributes to project plan definition, project schedule,
develops short term strategies and provides input to long term
strategies
THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE TYPICALLY ACQUIRED THROUGH:
Typical numbers of years of relevant experience: BS 7Y or MS 5Y
Minimum level of education: BS
Fields of study: Computer Science

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge of at least some Web and Java EE technologies
(cgi-bin, Servlet/JSP, web frameworks, Java Persistence, EJB)
Experience with Scripting languages
Experience with Python
Experience with storage products
Experience with development in Quality assurance or testing environment.
Good understanding of one of the available database applications
Basic Unix/solaris or windows sys admin skills
Desired Profile Education: BE
Ex: 5-8 yrs
Experience 5 - 9 Years
