Practical Knowledge of SDLC, OO Concepts and Testing Methodologies and Best Practices.
Extensive Knowledge of testing frameworks, automated testing tools and Configuration Management tools.
Excellent knowledge in Mercury - QTP, Win runner, Rational Robot, Selenium
Programming knowledge in C++ / VB / Java would be preferred but not mandatory
Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
Oriented towards helping others and comfortable working in a team environment.
Problem Solver attitude is required; must be prepared to call on other expertise across global teams when required.
Prior experience in creation of Test automation Frameworks.

Qualification: Post Graduation- MCA/PGDCA, ME/M.Tech/Graduates.
Candidate should have 1-3 yrs of experience in Software Testing (Mercury Tools)
Application experience with measurement and monitoring equipment, various communication standards like USB, Ethernet, PCI-Express, etc., and experience with real-time embedded products is a plus.
