How will u say your testcases covered the functionality

Funny question...Smile    At least you should say that your test case is enough to cover the functionality. In such a way you have to write it.

Meaning... understand the domain, try to understand the functionality... not try to.. you have to understand it.. then definitely you can write the test case properly.

GAP analysis is the process to using which one can understand weather the Testcases have covered the Functionality or not.

As per your knowledge understand the functionality and  prepare test case,
but i am not sure test case cover all scenario (functionality)
