Requirement: SQL DBA
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Bangalore
DOJ: 7 days
Description:
SQL Server Production Support DBA
Responsibilities : The DBA should be able to independently handle a
shift at offshore - Bangalore. Should resolve clarify cases (tickets)
in compliance with SLA Norms defined. Tasks include: Installations,
crea tions and Migrations Database Maintenance DBA job configurations
and troubleshooting User Security administration in lin es with SOX
Audit requirements Able to take On-Call Production Support during the
weekends on rotation basis Should take up Oracle DBA responsibility too
gradually and eventually Profile Required : The DBA must have handled
the productions DBA su pport for at least 3-6 Must have handled MS SQL
Server 2000 environment Must be good in regular production DBA tasks in
lin es with responsibilities defined above Must be good in
Communication Must be willing to work in shifts Morning and Aftern oon
shifts.
This is a Contract to Hire requirement.
