1. What version of LoadRunner (LR) or PerformanceCenter (PC) are you using? (specify which LR or PC) LR 8.1 2. What is the protocol you are recording? 2.1 If HTML - are you using HTML-Advanced with URLs or, HTML-Advanced with URLs 2.2 URL mode with Concurrent groups, or 2.3 URL mode without Concurrent groups? 3. Which LoadRunner/PerformanceCenter feature or service packs are you using? All 4.
What kind of LoadRunner license do you have - Subscription, Perpetual,
Virtual User days, or Evaluation? (choose the one that fits your
license model) Permanent 4.1 If subscription, is subscription current or expired? 5. What platform(s) and Operating Systems? Include version and service packs. Winxp Pro 6. If you have filed a service request with Mercury, what have they told you at this point with respect to your issue? Not yet
Here
I have 100 Vuser license with my LR Controller. And I run 100 Vuser
with no think time. In real scenario, the average user think time, fill
out information, is around 20s. Obviously, the application server load
is much higher at the same number of Vuser if Vuser has no think time
at all. So, if the application can just handle 100 Vuser load, then,
how many REAL users with normal 20s think time can this server handle?

Atleast 100 :-)
There is no such method or equations which gives you derived value you required.
In fact predicting or extrapolating performance results based on exiting test results is extremely risky.
