In order to retain and grow our status as the undisputed market leader of enterprise computing systems, we need to hire for the following positions: Designation Testing - MTS Job Description This is a Network Attached Storage (NAS) product system test engineer position with considerable experience in testing storage products. Job requires good technical skills and interpersonal skills to work with multiple product development/test groups to provide test status & troubleshooting the problems. Job requires ability to work independently & the candidate should be self-motivated and self directed, and ideally should have experience in working well with remote teams. Primary responsibilities may include some or all of the following: - Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases per Network Storage HW and/or SW product requirement analysis. - Automate labor intensive activities such as test execution using PERL, TCL, Java, or other appropriate technologies. - Using Storage tools provide metrics that characterize the state of products under test to support business decisions regarding product shipment. - Log and track comprehensive bugs and RFEs using Sun tools. - Self-motivated and self directed and ability to work independently, and ideally should have experience in working well with remote teams.
