Contribute to process development and implementation
Effective monitoring of quality standards Provide necessary training to ensure continuous improvement to managers and staff. Provide guidance to managers and staff on total quality management and continuous improvement. Guide Project teams in performing Causal Analysis and Decision Analysis Establish Process Capability Baseline as per the defined frequency Conducting Audits as per the defined frequency Process Change Request(s) and Process improvements Perform Work Product Audits Verification of Process Adherence across projects Review and Analyze the metrics data on time Desired Candidate Profile
